Description
A relatively symmetrical hybrid produced by Compound Genetics pairs the Spritzer and Apples & Bananas strains to give us Gold Dropz. Gold Dropz has the gene pool to back up its boastful namesake. The truly remarkable cultivar’s lineage includes legends like Runtz, Grape Pie, Miracle Alien Cookies (MAC), Platinum Cookies, Grand Daddy Purple, Blue Power, and Gelatti.
Appearance
The buds are dense, conical, and display an array of colors. A range of purple hues lace the light green surface, with trichomes lining its entire landscape. A reddish glow can be captured if viewed at the proper angle. Peach-tinged pistils thread all the way to the apex.
Fragrance/Flavor
Gold Dropz has a terpene profile that can manifest in a few ways, but the buds generally emit the fragrance of sweet earth, dark berries, citrus, and a hint of diesel. These characteristics carry over into its flavor, with added notes of fruit and a spicy finish.
